The February meeting of the Catawba Valley British Car Club was held on Feb.10, 2015 at Harbor Inn in Hickory, NC.

Our President, Bobby Cox, brought the meeting to order at 7:00 pm.
The first order of business was to thank all the ones involved in decorating for Valentine’s Day and those were Kris, Leslie, Rona and Charlie, (David and Jerry for doing a last minute candy run). These ladies did a beautiful job on the tables, there were flowers for each lady there and the men enjoyed the candy and everyone enjoyed the delicious and beautifully decorated cake.

The club received a thank you note from Safe Harbor for our donation in December; this was read by the president.

Officer reports were given and we were reminded of our Cars and Coffee meeting Feb. 21 at Panara Bread.

Web Master Kathy Ahrendt brought up the events calendar and asked if members would prefer to have the events separated by CVBMC events and other events.  It was quickly decided we would prefer the events to be organized by area and CVMBC events, so she was given the go-ahead to purchase the necessary software.

50/50 was held next with our winner being Dean Sprague and then drawings for door prizes for the ladies, these included two gift certificates to Belks and eight handheld personal fan/misters.

Our next meeting will be March 10th at Harbor Inn.
